Water Safety

The Sonoma County Water Safety Committee is a coalition led by the American Red Cross to address water safety and education. The coalition coordinates the “Vamos A Nadar” (Let’s Go Swimming) program to teach bilingual children and parents about water safety.

They also coordinate the “ Vamos a Ser Salvavidas” (Let’s Be Lifeguards) program for bilingual lifeguards and the Russian River safety education program. For more Water Safety resources, click here.
